Special Olympics Leon County has lost a good friend, but we're comforted to know that
the golfers now have our own angel watching over us.

He was a native of Cragford, AL and moved from Cumming, Ga. to Tallahassee in
1995. He was retired as a grocery manager. He was a member of the mansonic
Lodge in Cumming and was active in Tallahassee Jr. Golf and the Special Olympics
of Leon County. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Joan Cobb, a son Danny
Cobb and his wife Polly. Sisters, Maudine Burdett, Deline Smith, Florine Bearden,
Polly Ingram and Linda Lockridge. Brothers, Ray Cobb, Gay Cobb and Wayne Cobb.
Grandchildren, Kyle Cobb and Sarah Steere. He was preceded in death by his
brother, Dean Cobb and his sister, Eulene Ginn.
